重组抗体(rAb)
◆无动物源,高重复性、可靠的抗体
重组抗体(rAbs)比杂交瘤细胞生产的抗体具有许多优点。rAbs是通过体外的基因合成,因此可以在无动物源条件下生产。因为不依赖稳定的杂交瘤细胞系,可减低不必要的、非特异性结合的风险。由于核酸序列被明确定义且可以精确复制,因此rAbs的重复性高,产品批次间一致性也得到了提升。与传统抗体相比rAbs的结合更可靠,在短时间内更容易实现大批量生产。这些高特异性和灵敏性的抗体,可被广泛应用于各种实验。

p53 rAb(TP53/1799R)(ENZ-ABS374)
p53是在各类组织中表达的肿瘤抑制基因,参与调节细胞生长、复制和凋亡。它能结合MDM2、SV40 T抗原和人乳头瘤病毒E6蛋白。在各种恶性肿瘤中发现p53的突变,包括乳腺癌、卵巢癌、膀胱癌、结肠癌、肺癌和黑素瘤。
